Splash Session (90min)
Person-centered sessions are used to help our clients explore emotions, develop self-awareness, relieve stress, boost self-esteem, and work on social skills. We utilize the creative process to help individuals explore their true-self and find new ways to gain personal insight.
We use a variety of art methods, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and collage with clients ranging from school age to older adults.
No artistic talent is necessary for our splash sessions, because our process is not about the artistic value of the work, but rather about using the exploration of creative art processes to help discover the endless possibilities of personal growth.
Each session includes a take home work of art to reflect on the importance of self-expression, and self awareness. We hope that at the completion of our exchange; our clients would have "let it all pour out"
